The Volcano PPLUS120 Pioneer Plus is an intravascular ultrasound-guided re-entry catheter designed to assist guidewire placement beyond stenotic lesions and chronic total occlusions in the peripheral vasculature.

The catheter combines IVUS imaging with a directional re-entry needle to help identify the vessel lumen and support controlled guidewire advancement. It is intended for use with compatible Philips Volcano IVUS imaging systems and 0.014-inch guidewires.
